Job summary

ALPLA Group in Arkansas is seeking a Quality leader to coordinate IMS activities at the manufacturing site, ensure product meets internal, customer and regulatory expectations, and support the Plant Manager with quality communications.

You will lead QA team, conduct audits, ensure ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, manage lab oversight, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance, training, and collaboration with operations.

Qualifications

• Min 2 year degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent.
• Experience with physical lab testing equipment and calibration.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• ISO Certification knowledge and audits experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all IMS activities at the manufacturing site to ensure product meets internal, customer and regulatory expectations.
• Assist Plant Manager with quality related communications to internal and external customers.
• Promote a quality and continuous improvement mindset within the operation.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Oversee document management and ensure quality records are complete and accessible.
• Develop and mentor the Quality Team to improve capabilities and performance.
