Job summary

ALPLA is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor at our Marked Tree, AR site to lead audits, ensure ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The role oversees QA activities, laboratory oversight, and staff training, while coordinating with operations and customers.

You will promote a strong quality culture, manage documentation, and support supplier quality and customer-related audits, ensuring regulatory alignment and high product integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year degree (Associate) in related field or equivalent.
• Experience with physical lab testing equipment (calipers, scales, height gauge) and CMM.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments.
• ISO Certification and experience with external audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality audits and serve as primary audit contact.
• Ensure ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 compliance and QA standards.
• Oversee HACCP and product safety programs.
• Manage quality documentation and IMS data reporting.
• Supervise Quality Team and coordinate staff training.
• Support customer audits and supplier quality processes.
