Job summary

CMI Group in Tempe, AZ seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality function across a multisite defense/aerospace operation. You will set the quality strategy, ensure AS9100 and NADCAP compliance, and drive COPQ reduction while serving as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality matters.

You will lead a team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors, CMM technicians, and programmers, partnering with Engineering and Manufacturing to meet site objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the quality function in defense/aerospace settings.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
• Proven track record reducing COPQ and improving quality metrics.
