Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
• VT Certification (visual inspection) required; BT Certification (bubble leak) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Welding knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, tests, and measurements on materials, components, and finished goods throughout production stages.
• Inspect output and incoming items using standards, measurements, and functionality checks.
• Verify QA processes, review blueprints/BOM specs, and document results in QA systems.
• Maintain calibration of measurement equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Audit QA procedures and report non-conforming material.
