Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Document inspection results, nonconforming products, and quality findings.
• Support production and engineering teams in maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Must meet ITAR requirements.
• Experience with NCR processes and corrective action documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured parts, components, and materials.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools to verify conformance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria.
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming materials or products.
• Complete inspection reports, quality records, and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Partner with production and engineering teams to support quality standards, corrective actions, and process improvements.
