Job summary

Nemera Vernon Hills is hiring a Lead Quality Inspector for the 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). The role supports the Quality team by coordinating inspectors, managing schedules, reviewing records, and ensuring cgmp and safety compliance.

You will help release batches and maintain quality plans in a cleanroom environment. The position requires an Associate degree or 3+ years related experience, with leadership exposure and strong knowledge of inspection tools.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 3+ years related experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Good working knowledge of raw materials, production processes, costs, and QC techniques.
Knowledge of inspection tools, their use and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute objectives with Lead Quality Inspectors to maximize quality and efficiency.
Direct and coordinate activities of Quality Inspectors in goods evaluation.
Plan work schedules for QC inspectors to meet production goals.
Review data and documentation for accuracy and timely processing.
Assist in batch release and CoC/CoA creation.
Ensure LRP and cgmp compliance and start-up requirements.
