Job summary

Nemera is seeking a Quality Inspector to support the Quality Lead in coordinating objectives across the company, aiming to maximize product quality and efficiency. The role requires reading drawings, performing inspections with gauges, and documenting nonconformances.

Candidates should be comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts and a physical workload, including lifting up to 30 lbs. The position pays $21.00–$25.00 per hour, with on-site work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the quality field preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to operate gauges, fixtures, and leak testing equipment.
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control software.
• Able to stand 75% of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Lead and Manager to coordinate objectives for quality and efficiency.
• Comply with cGMP, ISO standards, and safety policies.
• Read and interpret drawings and manuals to determine specs and methods.
• Analyze test data to determine results and take corrective action.
• Inspect and measure products to ensure conformance to specs.
• Write nonconformance and deviation reports; maintain good documentation.
• Discuss results and recommend improvements with responsible teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
