Job summary

Nemera is seeking a quality-focused professional in Vernon Hills, IL. The role supports the Quality Lead and Operations Quality Manager to improve product quality and process efficiency, in a cGMP environment.

You will read drawings, use gauges and inspection fixtures, collect data, and ensure materials meet specifications. The job requires standing for much of the shift and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of quality experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience using gauges and inspection fixtures.
• Familiarity with SPC software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Lead and OQM to maximize product quality and efficiency.
• Comply with cGMP, ISO standards, health and safety requirements.
• Read and interpret drawings, determine inspection methods and tools.
• Analyze test data and compute results.
• Inspect materials for conformance to specifications.
• Prepare nonconformance and deviation reports.
