Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the quality profession.
• Ability to use gauges, inspection fixtures, and leak testing equipment.
• Ability to use software productivity tools such as Statistical Process Control.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to stand 75% of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Lead and Operational Quality Manager to coordinate objectives to maximize product quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret part drawings, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications and inspection procedures.
• Analyze test data and compute results to determine test outcomes.
• Collect or select samples for testing or use as models.
• Compare colors, shapes, textures, or grades to verify conformance to standards.
• Inspect materials and work for conformance to specifications and mark items with grade and status.
• Write nonconformance, rework instructions, and deviation reports.
• Discuss inspection results with responsible teams and recommend corrective actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
