Job summary

TASE Global (Trusted Aerospace and Engineering) is seeking a Quality Inspector 2 in Phoenix, AZ to support aerospace quality programs. You will perform advanced mechanical inspections, coordinate with customers on corrective actions, and drive process improvements across the Quality Department.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in quality roles, 2+ years with aerospace quality systems, and strong experience with GD&T and precision measuring equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience working in a quality role.
• Minimum 2 years experience working directly with Aerospace quality systems.
• Minimum 2 years experience and demonstratable skill using precision measuring equipment.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with advanced GD&T symbology, tolerancing and blueprint interpretation. Strong skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical inspection operations for first article, in process, final, and receiving operations.
• Help other Quality personnel with day-to-day operations as a leader.
• Work directly with engineering and production personnel to ensure quality requirements are being met.
• Work with customers through electronic portals on corrective actions and delivery issues.
• Assist source inspectors when present.
• Perform calibration duties when needed.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Use problem solving methods to perform continuous improvement and corrective actions.
