Job summary

TASE Global in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Quality Inspector I to support production through mechanical inspections, documentation, and calibration activities within the Quality Department.

The role requires reading shop drawings, familiarity with GD&T, metrology concepts, and experience with calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and inspection tools. Candidates should be comfortable using metric and SAE units and documenting results for customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Able to read typical shop drawings and blueprints to identify key characteristics.
• Familiar with GD&T symbols and metrology concepts for inspections.
• Capable of applying measurements in metric and SAE/Imperial units.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection verification and documentation of conformance to dimensional requirements.
• Conduct receiving inspection to verify raw and outside processed materials against PO/customer requirements.
• Complete inspection paperwork and maintain traceable records.
• Prepare pre-shipment conformance documentation and provide required shipping paperwork.
