Job summary

Fisica, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections to ensure conformance to engineering drawings and specifications.

The role requires GD&T proficiency and experience with AS9100/AS9102 requirements, with emphasis on traceability and accurate documentation. This 100% onsite position in San Leandro, CA offers a 9/80 schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities for continuous improvement within a defense-focused manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–8 years of mechanical inspection experience, preferably in aerospace/defense.
• Ability to interpret drawings, GD&T, specs, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections.
• Interpret drawings, specs, work instructions, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and identify nonconformances.
