Fisica, Inc. in San Leandro, CA seeks a Quality, Continuous Improvement & Government Property Engineer to drive end-to-end quality, lean improvements, and GFP/CAP governance.

You will align AS9100/ISO 9001 with FAR/DFARS requirements while leading RCA, CAPA, and FAI activities for new product introductions. The role bridges shop-floor excellence with defense standards, requiring deep process knowledge and strong cross-functional leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, or related field.
• 2-4+ years of progressive engineering experience in aerospace/defense/manufacturing environments.
• Direct working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 and GFP/GFE/CAP management.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain QMS compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 and customer quality requirements.
• Lead RCCA investigations and CAPA/8D actions.
• Plan and execute First Article Inspections (AS9102 FAI) for NPIs and changes.
• Oversee government property management and related documentation.
