Job summary

MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist – EPG Quality to govern quality documentation and compliance across data center backup power projects. You will ensure commissioning docs meet customer standards, manage templates, and drive continuous improvement with field and PM teams.

You will own the quality content in the CxAlloy platform, coordinate with field leadership, and audit closures in Procore to maintain high-quality, on-time submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, quality, or business-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, documentation management, commissioning administration, engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with commissioning or construction management platforms (CxAllow, Procore, or similar).
• Experience in power generation, data center infrastructure, or construction/commissioning environments.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Audit commissioning documentation quality and ensure timely completion against standards.
• Approve or reject commissioning checklists and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
• Release approved checklists to project management for upload and reporting.
• Escalate when review turnaround threatens performance.
• Own quality content within the commissioning platform (CxAlloy).
• Lead system configuration, template governance, user administration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate documentation changes with field leadership to avoid workflow disruption.
• Audit field issue closures using Procore and ensure quality compliance.
• Monitor quality metrics and prepare customer-facing compliance reports.
• Deliver quality standards training to on-site personnel during onboarding.
• Develop repeatable quality governance processes as volumes grow.
