United States Digital Space LLC is seeking Senior Quality Engineers to balance speed with quality in a distributed team across the US and beyond. You will coach peers, drive test strategies, and lead automation initiatives using Playwright and related frameworks.

Qualificações

• We use Playwright for our E2E automation framework. Seek experience with Playwright or other frameworks such as TestCafe, Cypress, WebdriverIO or similar.
• Any candidates with experience in C#, Typescript or other OO languages are a plus.
• Candidates with API, contract, and integration testing experience are preferred
• We are seeking a problem solver who is passionate about testing and excels at coaching others, leading by example and guiding engineers in exploratory testing and test automation to ensure a great user experience.
• Has the ability to coach others in creating test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases, and facilitate testing activities such as mob testing and testing parties.
• Has experience in incident analysis to identify optimal points to prevent recurrences in the future
• Has used data to identify where product and process improvements should be prioritised
• Has owned and led initiatives for QA tooling and process improvements using AI
• Coached junior QEs or Software Engineers
• Strong communication skills are essential for our international, multi-locational team dynamics
• Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and quality engineering best practices is required
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is needed.
