Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a Quality Engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Drive culture of quality and compliance with Operations and Manufacturing.
• Lead site-level quality improvements and ensure issue closure.
• Lead DMAIC/CORE initiatives to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Identify QMS improvements to support new product line.
• Support FAA & AS9100 scope expansion.
• Oversee allocation of resources to meet customer demand.
• Provide technical expertise on non-conforming material and MRB processing.
• Collaborate with operations to align with customer requirements.
• Define plans to achieve Quality, CORE, and financial metrics.
