Job summary

Saft seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to ensure products and materials meet quality standards. You will support production in non-conformance management, prepare incoming inspection in project phases, and drive MRB processes.

You will also help develop supplier qualifications and support ISO 9001 initiatives. The role requires hands-on quality engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing, familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001, root-cause analysis, and SPC.

Qualifications

• Must have quality engineering experience in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems and corrective actions.
• Experience with MRB, supplier assessment, and non-conformance resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare incoming inspection activities in project phases for timely material inspection.
• Manage MRB collaboratively with production, engineering and quality teams.
• Assess suppliers with supply chain for selection and development.
• Handle supplier claims and charge backs for supplier responsibility.
• Contribute to ISO 9001 certification and act as an internal auditor.
