Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Saint Joseph, Michigan, is seeking a KitchenAid Quality Senior Analyst to lead quality systems for the Small Appliances portfolio, including the iconic stand mixer. This onsite role partners with regional quality peers, Greenville manufacturing, and global teams to drive improvements and meet commitments.

You will own the 5-Star, 1 & 2-Star, and SIR programs, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate issues clearly across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in Quality, Product design, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supplier Quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive product quality improvements using data from manufacturing, OEM, and field sources.
• Respond to quality issues with rapid root cause analysis, containment, and resolution.
• Own 5-Star, 1 & 2-Star, and SIR workstreams across the portfolio.
