Job summary

JumpCloud is a remote-first, AI-powered IT management platform seeking an experienced QA leader to own quality across major product areas. You will drive test strategies, mentor QE teams, and collaborate with developers to build scalable automation and robust testing practices.

You will work with CI/CD pipelines, performance, security, and exploratory testing to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality. Remain adaptable in a global, remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in test planning and automation within Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead quality efforts for significant product areas or cross-team initiatives.
• Support developers in shifting left and improving local acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Pytest, TypeScript, and related tools.
• Participate in Post-Incident Reviews and drive root cause analysis.
• Plan Readiness Review testing sections and manage end-to-end testing at the epic level.
• Collaborate with architects and leads to improve system testability.
• Mentor QE 1s/2s/3s and participate as a technical interviewer during hiring.
