Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or CS.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• 5+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA).
• 5+ years of Quality Inspection experience, including FAI (First Article Inspection).
• 5+ years of experience working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads integration of QMS requirements into proposals and program processes.
• Interprets complex requirements; develops quality metrics and certification plans.
• Develops quality criteria to support supplier selection activities.
• Leads reviews to ensure quality attributes in product designs.
• Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing, and audit.
