Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Berkeley, MO team. You will lead integration of QMS requirements into proposals and program processes, interpret complex requirements, and develop quality metrics and certification plans for large programs.

The role requires extensive experience with RCCA/CAPA, FAI, NCR processes, and quality inspections. You will drive corrective actions and support supplier selection, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• 5+ years in RCCA and CAPA.
• 5+ years of Quality Inspection experience including FAI.
• 5+ years working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads integration of QMS requirements into proposals and program processes.
• Interprets complex requirements and develops quality metrics and certification plans.
• Develops quality criteria to support supplier selection.
• Leads reviews to ensure quality attributes in product designs.
• Develops methods for analysis, testing and audit for readiness.
• Assists in development of new standard repairs for non-conformances.
• Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate corrective actions.
• Develops and implements corrective actions.
• Performs benchmarking to ensure process capability levels.
• Works under minimal direction.
