Parker Hannifin's Parker Chomerics unit is seeking a Quality Manager II to lead a large quality team and drive QMS implementation across single or multi-site operations. You will ensure compliance, lead audits, and deliver sustained quality improvements for complex products and processes.

As the quality leader, you will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and CI/Lean to optimize processes, reduce defects, and improve overall performance, while mentoring staff and managing resources.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering preferred.
• Experience leading quality teams in multi-site operations.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and IATF 16949.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and drives QMS ownership and governance across sites.
• Direct daily quality operations across multiple value streams.
• Lead complex root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
• Oversee supplier quality performance, audits, and containment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and CI/Lean.
• Lead and develop a high-performing quality team.
