Job summary
Parker Hannifin is seeking a Multi-Site Quality Manager in Manitowoc, WI to lead a team of quality professionals and drive the Quality Management System across sites. You will own PQP deployment, manage audits, and oversee the QMS with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 as applicable, partnering with Operations and Engineering to improve FPY and reduce cost of quality.
This role requires 8+ years of quality leadership, a Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred), and strong data skills; travel up to 50% is
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of related experience.
- Experience leading quality teams and initiatives in larger single-site or multi-site operations.
Responsibilities
- Owns and drives adherence to Parker Quality Process (PQP) methodologies and principles.
- Lead execution and sustainment of the QMS across complex or multi-site operations.
- Establish and maintain audit readiness; coordinate internal, customer, and third-party audits.
- Direct daily quality operations across multiple value streams.
- Lead complex root cause analysis and CAPA using A3, 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone.
- Interface regularly with customers on quality topics.
