Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Quality Manager II to lead a team of quality professionals at a major site or across sites. You will own the QMS, drive continuous improvements, and partner with Operations and Engineering to meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality goals.

You will oversee audit readiness, CAPA program, and supplier performance while building capability inside the team and ensuring robust metrics such as FPY, scrap, and cost of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Experience leading quality teams in larger single-site or multi-site operations.
• Deep knowledge of QMS standards and audit practices (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Ability to travel periodically to support multi-site initiatives, supplier/customer engagement, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives adherence to Parker Quality Process (PQP) methodologies and principles.
• Lead execution and sustainment of the QMS across complex or multi-site operations.
• Establish and maintain audit readiness; coordinate internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Own document control, training, and management review inputs; ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Direct daily quality operations across multiple value streams.
• Interface regularly with customers on quality topics and supplier interactions.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and CI/Lean teams for improvements.
• Lead and develop a team of quality professionals; build competency in quality tools.
