Job summary

Revel IT is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer specializing in Performance & Automation to advance enterprise testing across work and asset management platforms. You will design and execute performance tests, build reusable assets, and drive automation using Tosca and NeoLoad.

You will troubleshoot bottlenecks, partner with delivery teams, and contribute to CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives in a shared-services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience supporting enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on test automation development experience using Tosca or similar automation tools.
• 3+ years of hands-on performance testing and analysis experience using NeoLoad or comparable tools.
• Experience testing SAP, Salesforce, web, API, integration, and/or cloud-based applications.
• Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and distributed enterprise applications.
• Experience designing, executing, and maintaining automated and performance testing assets in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and communicate performance bottlenecks and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, scalability, endurance, and volume testing activities.
• Create and maintain reusable performance test assets and frameworks utilizing NeoLoad and enterprise-standard tooling.
• Analyze performance results and identify bottlenecks across application, infrastructure, database, integration, and cloud layers.
• Define performance baselines, success criteria, and release readiness recommendations.
• Support performance testing across SAP, Salesforce, web, API, and cloud-based platforms.
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Tosca and associated automation technologies.
• Expand automation coverage across business-critical workflows and regression testing activities.
• Develop test automation solutions supporting web, API, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations.
• Support automation framework enhancements, reporting, and execution optimization.
• Contribute to CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives.
