Job summary

Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with expertise in performance engineering and test automation to support enterprise platforms including SAP, Salesforce, web, and cloud-based apps. Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, scalability, endurance, and volume testing activities.
Create and maintain reusable performance test assets and frameworks utilizing NeoLoad and enterprise-standard tooling.
Analyze performance results and identify application, infrastructure, database, integration, and cloud performance bottlenecks.
Define performance baselines, success criteria, and release readiness recommendations.
Support performance testing across SAP, Salesforce, web, API, and cloud-based platforms.
Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca and associated automation technologies.
Expand automation coverage across business-critical workflows and regression testing activities.
Develop test automation solutions supporting web, API, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations.
Support automation framework enhancements, reporting, and execution optimization.
Contribute to CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives.
