Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5–8 years quality engineering experience.
• IPC-A-610 workmanship standards knowledge.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.
• Ability to develop SPC-based process controls.

Responsibilities

• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate and disposition material per IPC-A-610 standards.
• Support corrective actions to improve quality, productivity, reliability, and efficiency.
• Develop and review work instructions for manufacturing and quality processes.
• Lead Quality Data Review meetings to evaluate trends and priorities.
• Provide daily support for manufacturing data-collection and labeling systems.
