Nextek, Inc. in Madison, Alabama is seeking a Quality Engineer to serve as Final QA Supervisor for a PCB assembly facility. You will write and verify specifications, support root cause analysis, and lead corrective actions.

This role requires IPC-610/JSTD familiarity, CAPA and MRB experience, and strong teamwork and communication. Must be a US citizen; onsite work with competitive benefits and 100% employer-paid programs.

Qualifications

Familiar with IPC-610 and J STD workmanship standards (certification preferred).
Knowledgeable in continuous improvement techniques and problem solving.
Strong team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to review and approve AS9102 FARs and supplier data packages.
Experience in ESD, FOD management, CAPA, non-conforming materials and MRB management.
Provide technical support for all inspection processes.
Flexible to changing work schedules and see activities through to completion.
Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

Function as a Quality Engineer/Final QA Supervisor for a PCB assembly facility; write, review, and verify specifications.
Support root cause defect analysis and correction with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
Conduct process audits and analyses to improve quality.
Initiate corrective action requests and track to completion.
Supervise the Quality Inspection Group.
