Qualifications

• Familiar with IPC-610 and J-STD workmanship standards; certification preferred.
• Knowledgeable in continuous improvement techniques and problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to review and approve AS9102 FARs and supplier data packages.
• Experience in ESD, FOD management, CAPA, non-conforming materials and MRB.
• Provide technical support for inspection processes.
• Flexible to changing schedules and able to complete activities.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Quality Engineer/Final QA Supervisor for a PCB assembly facility.
• Write, review, and verify applicable specifications; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Conduct process audits and analyses; initiate and track corrective actions.
• Supervise the Quality Inspection Group; support manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
