Qualifications

• BS in Materials Science, Metallurgy or a closely related field is required.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation are essential.
• Experience with automotive/appliance quality standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Lead projects and multidisciplinary teams to support continuous improvement.
• Provide metallurgical/technical support for product and process improvements.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Interact with internal and external customers to resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance and planning to drive improvements.
