Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify root causes and resolve quality issues.
• Support manufacturing operations through process improvements and corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System compliance.
• Drive quality improvements across plant processes to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Manage customer return investigations and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to define quality requirements for new products and suppliers.
• Lead PFMEA activities and participate in APQP/PPAP processes.
• Support new product development and ramp-up with quality readiness.
• Analyze quality performance metrics (scrap, defects, warranty) and implement actions.
