Job summary

Manpower Group is assisting in a direct-hire Senior Quality Engineer role in Sheboygan Falls, WI. The position focuses on leadership of product quality, developing improvements to the quality system and reducing defects, customer complaints, and scrap.

The role requires 3+ years of QA experience, ISO 9001:2015/AITF 16949 familiarity, APQP knowledge, and strong cross-functional communication. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is a plus, with strong problem-solving skills and proactive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015, AIAG/AIAG 16949 is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• APQP experience and internal auditing helpful.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality leadership for assigned Business Unit NPD activities.
• Collaborate with customers’ quality and engineering teams to define critical features.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve quality.
• Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product launches.
• Review results and implement corrective actions with root-cause analysis.
