Salary ranges from $86,000 to $126,000 annually, depending on skills and experience. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in quality engineering, with ITAR considerations. On-site work location is in the Middlesex area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality engineering experience.
• Ability to work within a 50-mile radius of Middlesex, NC.
• ITAR requirement: US persons only.
• Knowledge of QA standards and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA resources to ensure product flow meets established quality standards.
• Define, specify, and implement quality standards for manufacturing processes.
• Lead improvement teams for process capability and control plans.
• Audit internal Quality Systems and approve part documentation to meet requirements.
• Provide technical advice to cross-functional teams on quality issues.
• Support customers and suppliers with quality-related questions or concerns.
• Ensure shipped products meet customer requirements and quality criteria.
• Develop and deliver Quality Assurance training programs.
