Job summary

Henderson Group Recruiting seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives, drive root cause analysis, and support new product introductions. You will ensure welded, machined, and formed metal products meet engineering specs, welding codes, and customer tolerances, while championing Continuous Improvement and ISO 9001 standards.

You will lead APQP activities, develop QA dashboards, control plans, PFMEA, and oversee audits and QMS compliance.

Qualifications

• BSME or similar with 4+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP activities and quality plans for new and legacy products.
• Develop dashboards and QA systems to monitor quality performance.
• Create control plans and PFMEA; manage product/process qualifications.
• Monitor rejects, CARs, and trends for the US COE.
• Oversee QMS certification and audit scheduling.
• Mentor engineers and train quality team on tools and methodologies.
