Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience with CAPA systems, FMEA, and ISO standards.
• Strong risk management, RCA, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in internal and external audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CAPA systems.
• Conduct and facilitate FMEA to identify and mitigate risks.
• Develop and execute quality planning strategies, including control plans and inspections.
• Perform RCA on quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create and approve work instructions to ensure consistent procedures.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives using established tools.
• Mentor junior quality engineers and production personnel to promote quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Monitor quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Report on quality performance metrics and recommend improvements.
