Responsibilities

• Drive continuous quality and process improvements across all shifts.
• Support quoting activities by design input in early phases.
• Evaluate inspection processes and provide input.
• Develop and deliver global training for customer-specific programs.
• Maintain document storage and review systems for global accounts.
• Review discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Interface with departments to implement process improvements and standardize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
