Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive Quality Engineering in manufacturing, preferably injection molding.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, DOE, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and Six Sigma.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical tools to drive decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering activities for new product launches and changes.
- Develop and maintain quality system documentation (plans, work instructions, tests).
- Drive corrective and preventive actions via root cause analysis.
- Monitor process capability and defect trends using statistics.
- Lead supplier quality management and audits.
- Mentor quality engineers and cross-functional teams.
