Job summary

EnerSys Precision Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to mature our QMS, establish robust documentation, and enable successful product launches on the Rebel Systems site in Largo, FL. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related).
• Advanced degree or 5+ years in electromechanical manufacturing environment.
• Experience launching new manufacturing lines with quality controls.
• Proficiency with ERP, PLM and MES systems such as SAP, Oracle, Windchill.
• Strong communication, writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing quality processes, inspection methods, sampling, acceptance criteria, and controls.
• Lead root-cause analyses (DMAIC/8D/5-Why) and implement CAPAs.
• Support supplier quality initiatives and monitor supplier materials.
• Lead site QMS development, deploy ISO 9001 efforts, and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as quality liaison with internal teams and customer representatives.
