Job summary
Rebel Systems LLC in Largo, FL seeks a Senior Product Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, throughput and yield for high‑voltage, high‑power products. The role requires hands-on engineering leadership across Design, Production and Quality teams and a focus on NPI readiness.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with electromechanical assemblies, DFM/DFT, and robust documentation practices to scale production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
- 5+ years of product engineering experience in electromechanical manufacturing is preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP, PLM and MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Windchill).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for CCAs/PCBAs and assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as engineering liaison between Design, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Technicians.
- Lead transition and ongoing manufacturing of high‑voltage, high‑power products.
- Partner with Design during NPI to ensure DFM, DFA and DFT principles.
- Drive manufacturing readiness and lifecycle support for products.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing docs: SOPs, BOMs, drawings, specs.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams for electromechanical systems.
