Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support the Global Quality Leader for Projects & Services. You will maintain a scalable QMS, drive ISO 9001 readiness, and lead audits, RCA, and CAPA across a global organization.

In this role you will partner with regional Quality, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations to embed quality in project delivery and service performance. Hybrid or on-site options may apply in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in quality engineering, quality systems, or related roles.
• Experience implementing, maintaining, or improving an ISO 9001 QMS with documented controls.
• Hands-on experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
• Proven RCA, CAPA, effectiveness verification, and nonconformity closure.
• Experience in project-based and services business with quality risk awareness.
• Strong written communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support ISO 9001 certification planning, audits, and closure of findings.
• Maintain QMS governance, documentation, and currency with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Create, revise, and review policies, procedures, maps, forms, and records.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; support customer and registrar audits.
• Lead RCA and CAPA processes; verify corrective actions are effective.
• Embed quality requirements into project execution and service delivery.
• Monitor QMS health, risks, and escalation of issues across regions.
