Universal Instruments is seeking an experienced quality leader to uphold and advance our Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2026 standards. You will drive continuous improvement, lead internal audits, coordinate CAPA, and mentor teams on quality tools.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and travel up to 25% regionally. Responsibilities include managing QMS processes, supporting external audits, and guiding process enhancements to improve product quality

Formación

• BS degree in business or technical discipline.
• Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) preferred; IATF16949 experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Tools and Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
• Cross-functional project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all Quality Management System processes with process owners.
• Lead internal quality audit planning, execution, and reporting.
• Facilitate external audits by Registrar and customers.
• Coordinate Corrective & Preventive Action system for timely issue resolution.
• Project manage Quality System improvements including OBQ issues.
• Drive business process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Train employees in quality tools (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
• Analyze field quality metrics to improve warranty and customer satisfaction.
