Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to partner with the Global Quality Leader for Projects & Services. The role focuses on maintaining a scalable, compliant QMS, ISO 9001 readiness, and robust document control across a global operations team.

You will lead internal audits, support registrar and customer audits, and drive CAPA, RCA, and continuous improvement. Collaboration across regions and time zones is essential to ensure timely, effective quality actions.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of experience in quality engineering or related role.
• Experience implementing or maintaining an ISO 9001-certified QMS with audit readiness.
• Hands-on experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
• Proven capability in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, and verification.
• Experience in project-based and services business with lifecycle understanding.
• Strong written communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently across regions and time zones.

Aufgaben

• Support ISO 9001 certification planning, gap assessments, evidence readiness, and audits.
• Maintain and enhance QMS governance, policies, procedures, and records.
• Create, revise, publish, and review quality documents and forms.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; support external audits and closure of findings.
• Facilitate RCA/CAPA; implement containment and verify effectiveness.
• Embed quality into project execution and service delivery; manage records and changes.
• Track QMS health, audits, CAPA aging, and risk, and escalate issues timely.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to close quality actions across regions.
