Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer for the Ad Client team to drive end‑to‑end quality across multiple surfaces and teams. You will shape test strategies for unreleased features, develop high‑signal automation, and ensure release readiness with a focus on accessibility, privacy, and compliance.

You will collaborate across engineering and product teams, review PRs, and leverage AI to accelerate testing while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability in Snapchat’s ads ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of post‑Bachelor’s experience in software testing or development; or 2+ years with a Master’s.
• Experience with client/mobile test automation frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience using AI in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Ad Client quality across multiple teams and experiences.
• Define and drive test strategy for new features and premium experiences.
• Build and maintain high‑signal automation for critical paths and end‑to‑end flows.
• Diagnose defects, perform root cause analysis and drive resolution with cross‑functional teams.
• Review code and test PRs to raise quality beyond individual changes.
• Partner with adjacent teams to surface quality risk at integration points.
