Job summary

SNAP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Software Engineer to lead the technical direction of Ads Quality within the Ads Platform team, focusing on Ads Marketplace. You will shape multi-year strategy for bidding, pacing, auctions, inventory and traffic optimization, and ad reranking.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, data science and ML teams to improve advertiser performance and sustainable revenue while delivering a relevant, engaging experience for Snap users.
