Qualifications

• Hands-on Linux and Python experience.
• Exposure to embedded devices testing hardware/software interactions.
• Understanding of networking technologies (WiFi, cellular, Z-Wave) and impact on performance.
• Exposure to C and C++ (reading code and defect pattern recognition).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting mindset (log analysis, repro isolation).
• Ability to triage issues, multi-task, and maintain coverage while adapting to change.

Responsibilities

• Own quality for your area and test strategy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate quality risks.
• Produce test plans, results, bug reports, and knowledge articles.
• Define milestones for testing work and prioritize high-value coverage.
• Identify customer-impacting issues and validate fixes.
• Support automation efforts and troubleshoot failures across systems.
