Jabil in Salt Lake City is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives across a high-volume electronics manufacturing operation. You will partner with customers, operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure compliance, drive improvements, and strengthen the site's quality culture.

You will own QMS deployment, lead audits, investigate issues, and mentor teams while applying Lean and Six Sigma tools to deliver world-class products and maintain ISO 9001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 5+ years in electronics quality engineering.
• Experience leading audits and resolving customer quality concerns.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality engineering activities for NPI, production, and customer programs.
• Serve as primary quality interface for customers during audits and issue resolution.
• Drive QMS deployment and continuous improvement per ISO 9001 and standards.
• Lead CAPA investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor quality engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and statistical problem solving initiatives.
• Support supplier quality activities.
