Quality Manager and lead data-driven quality initiatives. Responsibilities include developing quality data collection plans, leading cross-functional problem solving, preparing customer first article packages, conducting audits, and reviewing data to produce actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis capability with SPC and statistical tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive quality improvements.
• Interpretation of mechanical drawings and GD&T, with data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality data collection plans and inspect/process documentation, analyzing trends.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving and quality improvement teams.
• Prepare customer first article packages and translate requirements into internal PORs.
• Lead audits to ensure product and process conformity and close action items.
• Review internal and customer data and prepare reports.
• Travel up to 5% of the time.
