Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Engineering Specialist in Santa Ana, CA. You will monitor, inspect, and drive corrective actions to ensure final products meet quality standards, collaborating across manufacturing with a strong sense of ownership.

You will lead MRB processes, perform containment of nonconforming items, and support root cause analysis, while training staff and maintaining data integrity for MRB metrics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or a quality/engineering related role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting HW development and quality management.
• Experience with AS9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949 or similar QMS standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MRB process and containment of nonconforming materials.
• Review Manufacturing Work Instructions and provide feedback to inspectors.
• Lead root cause analysis and support cross-functional triage for dispositions.
• Track MRB metrics and report weekly to stakeholders.
• Create inspection plans and train technicians on data capture.
