Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• 10+ years of directly related experience in Quality Engineering and/or Quality Assurance or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the creation, maintenance, and adherence to test strategies, data, and defect management processes.
• Review and guide the quality standards of systems, processes, and procedures to ensure product integrity.
• Create and uphold testing standards across enterprise platforms to reduce failures and ensure product quality.
• Manage processes for triaging defects to keep the backlog healthy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to find opportunities and implement product improvements.
