Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Quality Engineer IV to lead test strategies and quality across IT systems and enterprise architectures. You will develop processes, oversee testing, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while meeting client expectations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, development of audit documentation, and coaching of team members on best practices to sustain high product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field; 10+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience.
• Proven ability to develop test strategies, data, and defect management processes.
• Experience with CCaaS, Five9, and enterprise IT architectures.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, TDD/BDD, and agile testing principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the creation, maintenance, and adherence to test strategies and defect management.
• Review and guide quality standards of systems, processes, and procedures.
• Create and uphold testing standards across enterprise platforms to reduce failures.
• Manage defect triage processes to keep the backlog healthy.
• Implement preventive measures using metrics to improve defect detection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Guide audit documentation to ensure process adherence.
• Coach and develop team members on quality standards and practices.
• Implement systems to solve quality issues in software and product development.
• Collaborate with Automation team to review trends and optimize tests.
